Pokémon Camp

This will have ALL of the same activities from the November 2021 Fall Camp plus more.

We invite the young Pokémon Trainers here in SETX to the museum this spring, as we dive into a week of S.T.E.A.M. learning through Pokémon adventures! Each day discovers the different areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math inside the Pokémon world. Trainers will be given opportunities to create their own Pokémon habitats and learn how to become experts at The Trading Card Game! They will also explore all types of Pokémon and their habitats as it relates to our animal kingdom.  Once all Pokémon are ready on the last day, trainers will participate in a tournament to see the winner and The Pokémon Trainer Champion! 

Activities include: 

  • Shoebox habitat 
  • Creating a Pokémon from clay 
  • Pokéball Catapults
  • Pokémon Cards 
  • Pokémon Go

**We encourage our participating TRAINERS to sign up for the 5-FULL DAYS to provide enough time to enjoy all the activities.

Parent Information:

Lunch will not be provided. Parents we ask that you pack your child's lunch for the full-day visit. Please also include a snack for the morning and afternoon. They will have access to bottled water only at the museum. If they prefer juice, please include this in their lunch packs for lunch and snacks. Half-day Kids will need to bring a snack for the morning. Please pack this in a lunch sack and include a beverage if they do not enjoy bottled water.

Camp Pricing Options:

**5 - FULL Days - $200 for Non-Members, 10% off for BCM Members
5 - HALF Days - $150 for Non-Members, 10% off for BCM Members
PAY BY THE DAY - $50 (Full) or $40 (Half) for Non-Members, 10% off for BCM Members

For Members to receive your 10% discount, please sign in to your family account on our website or when asked to sign in during registration.

Age Range:

The current Grade is Kinder (age 5-6) to 5th Grade (age 10-11) 
*Must be in kindergarten to participate in camp.  

Camp Times:

Half-Day Camp - 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Full-Day Camp - 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM**

Drop Off - Between 8:00 AM - 9:00AM

Half-Day Pick Up - Between 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

Full-Day Pick Up - Between 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Cancellation Policy
In the event you must cancel your registration, you will receive a refund as defined below: -Cancellation notice must be submitted to the following email: info@beaumontchildrensmuseum.org. -Registrants, once registered, are subject to $30 non-refundable fee, if refund is requested. -Refund will be issued in the same manner payment was made. -Registration will be refunded, not including the $30 fee, will be refunded if emailed notice is received more than 2 weeks prior to session start date. -Cancellations received within the 2 weeks window of session start date forfeit full tuition. -Cancellations due to personal reasons, etc. will not receive a refund. -Camper who leave during a session WILL NOT receive a refund.
